Breed: American Staffordshire x Labrador

Petey is American Staffordshire x Labrador, maybe 8 - 9 years old, weighing about 57
pounds. He was found as a stray with a badly injured and infected leg which had to be
amputated. He gets around all right but would do best in a home without stairs - or
at least very few. He is good around kids and is very good in the house. He would do
best with older kids as he is sometimes a little wobbly on his legs. He loves
attention and loves exploring the yard, sun bathing and the occasional game of tag!
He is a very relaxed boy but is also a good watch dog - alerting me to anyone coming
to close to the yard. He is neutered and vaccinated with very good health except he
is on thyroid medication - a pill twice daily.

Hi! I'm Hailey and I am looking for that special person to adopt me into their
family. Currently I live in a foster home with many other dogs and get along with
everyone just fine. At first when I meet new people I am a bit standoffish but give
me 5 minutes and I will be your best friend. I am completely house trained, and keen
to learn new things. I would like to find an active home where I will get to go for
runs and swims. I sometimes get anxious around children so I would like to find a
home without youngsters.

Cheech and Chong are smaller Rottie crosses. Since they have spent their entire young
lives together we are looking to place them together in a home where they can
continue to have one another's companionship.
They're both happy, loving, affectionate, quiet, very sweet-natured dogs with medium
energy. They might be a bit shy at first and then they'll offer you a paw, with a
gentle kiss and a snuggle. Both dogs have excellent recall and enjoy playing in the
country and parks. They are completely house, car and obedience trained. They are
great with other dogs when  introduced in uncrowded spaces. They are good with cats
who are "dog trained"(not runners). Both dogs have a slight limp that gets worse with
bad weather,but seems to cause no real pain.  Cheech's is more apparent and he tends
to favor it,and likes his personal space where his paw is concerned. At this time the
cause is unknown by vets and further care may be required in old age. They really are
the best dogs and we can't wait to place them in their forever home.

Hey there, the names Brix ! Sleep Rover's new foster pup! I am around 8 months of
age, & I must say.. I am quite dashing! My manners are in the works, but my
caregivers at Sleep Rover promised to help me out with those! I need to find an
experienced home, one without kids as I am full of spunk. I absolutely love to play
with all my new friends, big & small ( Especially Jasper =) ), & give great big bear
hugs to anyone who is willing to accept one! But in the meantime - I'm going to
PAWRTY LIKE ITS 1999 @ Sleep Rover Doggie Hotel & Daycare!

Meet Kindra a.k.a Sonny Girl

Boy is Kindra happy to be off the streets and into a home where she is provided with
plenty of TLC. Now that Kindra has settled in she would love to find a home of her
own, preferably with another dog or two as she loves playing with her foster
siblings. Kindra would benefit in a home where someone is not away too much during
the day as she loves companionship and gets nervous when she is left behind. She is
extremely affectionate and loves to curl up at the end of the couch while you are
reading a book or watching a movie. She is a real heart-melter as everyone who meets
her seems to fall in love with her almost instantly!

My name is Hope - and my name was chosen by Sleep Rover Fans - " I love the name Hope
for this foster pup cuz it just means "hope for a 2nd chance" & "hope for a loving
family". Bottom line is, there's still "hope" for foster pups like her." Hope was
rescued from a filthy pound where she was living in disgusting conditions. She needs
leash training as it seems notable that she must have been pulled and dragged in her
past months for her to struggle at all costs. She absolutely loves her humans and
wants to please - but nervous and careful of her surroundings. Hope has a lot of
potential, and can now sit and lie down with only a few days of training. It is
obvious that Hope has had a tough past life and we hope she finds a forever loving
home because she deserves it! We would like to find Hope and experienced home as she
is still taking time to adjust to meeting new dog.

Hugo is brindle coloured mixed breed about 60 pounds. He is house trained, crate
trained and great with other dogs but can play a bit rough for small dogs and cats.
He was raised with an eight year old child but should not go to a home with young
children as he can be too enthusiastic for them. He is a year old which makes him an
adolescent that is still testing his limits and boundaries. He enjoys life and all it
has to offer. He has a good heart and means well - trying hard to please and do what
is expected of him. He is good off leash at the dog park and travels well in a
vehicle. Hugo would enjoy a canine buddy in his forever home.

SPECIAL NEEDS
Keno is a 60 pound Shar-pei mix that was live-trapped raoming free in the country
along with her puppies. She is about 3 years old and is a gentle soul who is trying
hard to understand life with humans. She has been in foster care for a year and is
house trained, leash trained, crate trained, travels well in a vehicle and is great
with other dogs. She loves leash walks and going to the dog park. Keno was born wild
and lived wild fending for herself and her puppies. As a result, she is shy around
strangers and new situations. She is looking for a forever home with people with a
lot of patience and understanding, as it will take a while for her to adjust to a new
home. She should have another friendly dog for company and to help her learn new
things. She requires a quiet, adult home with no cats or small animals.

Daisy May is such a lucky girl. When she first came to Pound Rescue she was not the
healthiest pup, but after plenty of TLC and help from our fabulous Veterinarians she
is back to her puppy self! Daisy May gets along great with other dogs, but can be a
bit shy at first of new people.

RAVEN IS ADOPTED!!!

Please welcome new puppies SAGE and RAVEN, who are being fostered by our wonderful
friends at Sleep Rover Doggie Hotel & Daycare. RAVEN IS ADOPTED!!!

Both girls are very smart and already house trained! They are comfortable in their
kennel however prefer to be out and around their humans!  Sage is a little timid
around people however bonds quickly with other dogs. Sage is gentle and delicate.
Both are super sweet and will be highly trainable!

Hi my name is Shaque. I just have to say that I am a teddy bear in a dog's body. I
love to cuddle with my foster mom and I love it when she scratches behind my ears. I
am a shy quiet guy and very well behaved. I get along great with my foster mom's dogs
so a house with another dog would just fine by me. But no small children please. I'm
sorry to say I just find them too overwhelming.

Cider is a sweet and loving boy. He is approximately 1 yr old and found neglected in
poor physical condition.  Cider had a severely infected leg wound which has healed
quite nicely. He is sociable and friendly with people and dogs. Cider has a gentle
temperament, rarely barks, and a sense of humor to boot.  He is a wonderful dog who
would like to spend lots of time outdoors with some new friends.
